All evidence that hazardous materials were released or threatened <br /> to be released at the Site during the period in which they were <br /> operating at the Site. <br /> b. Provide a detailed description of the major processes currently involved in <br /> operation: <br /> i. List all processes in which chemicals are used. <br /> ii. List any changes over time. <br /> c. Have you in the past or do you currently perform metal work? <br /> d. Provide a detailed description and documentation of any written standard <br /> operating procedures. <br /> e. Provide a detailed history of hazardous waste training for SPI employees <br /> and copies of relevant health and safety and hazardous waste training <br /> certificates and certifications for current and historical SPI employees, <br /> since 2005. <br /> VI. Chemical Storage and Use <br /> a. Provide a list of all chemicals used at the Site (current and historical since <br /> 2005), including chemical name and common/trade name. <br /> b. Provide a list all processes conducted in the facility and detail all the <br /> chemicals used and produced in each one of them, including the usage <br /> rate for each chemical used. <br /> c. Provide flow charts, diagrams, and locations where those chemicals were <br /> used. <br /> d. Provide a detailed description of quantity of chemicals stored and storage <br /> method (e.g., underground tank, aboveground tank, drums, other <br /> (specify)). <br /> e. From whom are chemicals purchased? In what quantities arc they <br /> received? <br /> f. Have you or do you use any of the following: solvents, coatings, liquid <br /> polymers, extractive agents, paint and/or varnish removers, oils or <br /> petroleum products, cleaning and degreasing agents, or agricultural soil <br /> fumigant compounds? If yes, please explain and include a description of <br /> application practices. <br />
