(SPI), San Joaquin County, California (Site). Prepared on behalf <br /> of SPI by Blankinship & Associates, Inc. (Blankinship), the Draft SAP presents the Site <br /> history, a summary of regulatory activities, and proposes to sample and inspect the <br /> septic tank used by SPI, locate the leach field, and collect soil and groundwater <br /> samples (Blankinship, 2022).
