Stockton Propeller Sampling and Analysis Plan <br /> found 21 violations (2 Class I, 19 Class II, 2 repeat, & 1 corrected on site).They also were made aware <br /> that SPI was disposing of some hazardous waste into their septic tank which led to a Sewage Disposal <br /> Notice to Abate on May 27, 2021. SJCEHD generated a Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator <br /> Compliance Review Report on August 9, 2021 and performed a Sewage Disposal Notice to Abate: <br /> Reinspection on August 18, 2021 and found the facility to be compliant. <br /> 2.3.2 City of Stockton <br /> On January 6, 2021, City of Stockton, Bryan Toledo inspected the SPI facility and found that potentially <br /> hazardous industrial waste was being washed down a sink in the Etching Room of the SPI Main Building <br /> to their septic tank.Toledo notified SJCEHD of his findings for further investigation. <br /> 2.3.3 California Department of Toxic Substances Control <br /> On June 3, 2021,the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) Office of Criminal <br /> Investigations inspected the SPI facility and released a report with their findings on August 6, 2021 with <br /> an Addendum on December 7, 2021.The report details the sampling activities and photos taken during <br /> the inspection. DTSC collected 13 samples from 10 various containers and machines within the Etching <br /> Room (SPI Main Building) and Warehouse at the facility, which were delivered to DTSC's Environmental <br /> Chemistry Laboratory.Ten (10) samples were analyzed for total metals [total threshold limit <br /> concentration (TTLC)], Waste Extraction Test (WET) soluble threshold limit concentration (STLC),toxicity <br /> characteristic leaching procedure (TCLP) Metals, and pH. One (1) sample was analyzed for cyanide, two <br /> (2) samples were analyzed for chromium VI, and three (3) samples were assessed using a Fish Bioassay. <br /> Refer to Table 2. Results, except cyanide and Fish Bioassay,were presented in the August 2021 report, <br /> and results for cyanide and Fish Bioassay were presented in the December 2021 Addendum.
