Refer to Attachment 4. On January 5, 2022, SPI submitted an initial Sampling Plan to the Board,with revisions on February 17 and 25, 2022. On March 10, 2022,the Board approved contents of the septic tank to be pumped only if there is a risk of the septic tank overflowing. On March 25, 2022,the Board issued a "Response to Sampling Plan" which presented 17 comments addressed in this revised SAP. Refer to Attachment S. On May 10, 2022, the Board issued an Order to Submit Technical Reports(R5-2022-0806). Refer to Attachment 6. On July 15, 2022, the Board prepared comments on the Blankinship SAP dated June 10, 2022. Refer to Attachment 7. 2.3.5 GeoTracker The SPI facility is an "Open Site".
