(Former) <br /> Stockton, California <br /> 4.2.3 Documentation <br /> CDIM will document field activities using daily field logs. The logs will include descriptions and <br /> observations made during boring advancement and sampling activities, including but not necessarily limited to: <br /> • Project name and number; <br /> • Site location; <br /> • Description, including date and time, of field activities; <br /> • Personnel and contractors onsite; <br /> • Date and time of sample collection; <br /> • Sample location, identifier number, and sampling methodology; <br /> • Field observations and results of field measurements, including field instrument calibrations; <br /> • Equipment used; <br /> • Deviations from the work plan, if any; <br /> • Communication including the time and individuals involved; <br /> • Health and safety issues discussed or anticipated; and <br /> • Problems encountered and related corrective actions. <br /> Field activities may also be documented via photograph.
