The proposed schedule is approximately two field <br /> days in summer or fall 2022. <br /> 3.6 Local Health Department Guidance Regarding COVID-19 <br /> CDIM and subcontractor staff shall adhere to all orders issued by the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services (SJCPHS) related to COVID-19. These protocols are continuously updated, and this plan may need to <br /> be modified in response. <br /> 4 PROJECT PERSONNEL <br /> All CDIM personnel including contractors and subcontractors, who are working on this project will follow <br /> the health and safety procedures set forth in this HSP.The HSP acknowledgement will be signed by all employees <br /> and all representatives who actively participate in this project. Personnel identified for this project are listed in <br /> Table 3, and the table should be updated in the hard-copy HSP kept onsite, as needed.
