Stockton California, dated July 25, 2022. <br /> Comment I Response <br /> Daniel Ochoa, Engineering Geologist, Engineering and Special Projects Office, Site Mitigation and <br /> Restoration Program-DTSC Specific Comments <br /> Due to the limited and outdated data in the PEA, CDIM drafted a PEA Work Plan in response to this <br /> DTSC recommends that the submitted PEA and SSI comment. <br /> Work Plan be incorporated into a PEA work plan. <br /> The PEA work plan shall include sampling designed <br /> to reflect the current site condition, i.e., determining <br /> the type and general extent of contamination at the <br /> Site. The validity and quality of those historical data, <br /> if used in the PEA, should be judged based on the <br /> current DTSC's sampling and data quality <br /> standards. The PEA work plan should also <br /> document screening levels and methodologies to be <br /> used to evaluate human health risks.
