Preparation and submittal of a well destruction report. <br /> In summary, the JET agreed that your cost estimate for the grant amendment should <br /> include costs for the following scope of work: <br /> • Six semi-annual groundwater monitoring events and associated groundwater <br /> monitoring reports, in accordance with Comment 1 above. <br /> • One sampling event each for the four additional domestic wells in accordance <br /> with Comment 2 above. <br /> • Optimize the SVE system to increase mass removal rate, in accordance with <br /> Comment 3. <br /> • Optimize the AS system to increase flow, in accordance with Comment 4 above. <br /> • 12 quarters of quarterly remediation system O&M and associated remediation <br /> update reports, in accordance with Comment 5 above. <br /> • Install three additional downgradient monitoring wells, in accordance with <br /> Comment 6 above, including work plan and assessment report. <br /> • Install and sample three soil gas wells, in accordance with Comment 7 above, <br /> including work plan and assessment report. <br /> • One replacement of GAC filter media for the DW10967 well-head treatment <br /> system, per Comment 8 above. <br /> • Contingency for the installation of up to three shallow soil SVE wells, per <br /> Comment 9 above. <br /> • Contingency for all closure proceedings, in accordance with Comment 10 above. <br /> During the 6 December 2023 meeting, OSCF staff stated that they will email you <br /> templates for Exhibit A and Exhibit B related to the grant amendment process. OSCF <br /> requested that within 30 days of receiving the exhibits you submit cost estimates to <br /> them for the scope of work discussed above. <br /> Central Valley Water Board staff request that, during 4t" quarter 2023, you perform a <br /> groundwater sampling event in accordance with Comment 1 above and perform <br /> quarterly remediation O&M in accordance with Comment 5 above. Staff requests that <br /> you submit a combined groundwater monitoring and remediation update report by <br /> 1 February 2023. <br /> Central Valley Water Board staff request that by 9 February 2024 you submit a work <br /> plan which proposes the following scope of work: <br /> • Installation and sampling of three deep partner wells near existing wells MW-1, <br /> MW-6, and MW-7 per Comment 6. <br /> • Installation and sampling of three soil gas wells per Comment 7. <br /> • Contingency: <br /> o The depth and methodology for the installation of up to three shallow <br /> SVE wells, and connection of these wells to the SVE system <br />
