The grout calculations are included in Attachment E. <br /> Vapor Probe Destruction <br /> Each of the five soil vapor probes will be destroyed by removing the wellbox, if required, over- <br /> drilling to total depth(5 feet), and backfilling with soil. The ground surface will be restored. <br /> Waste Removal <br /> Following the well destruction process, all drummed soil and groundwater will be removed and <br /> properly disposed of. Documentation of the waste disposal will be included in a site closure <br /> summary report. <br /> Offsite Access Agreements <br /> MW8S and MW 8 D are located on City of Stockton property. MW-10 is located in the City of <br /> Stockton right-of-way in the sidewalk on the south side of Lafayette Street. MW-I I is located on <br /> Caltrans right-of-way beneath the crosstown freeway. Encroachment permits have been applied <br /> for and are pending(Attachment G). <br /> Schedule and Reporting <br /> Following SJCEHD approval of this work plan and the well destruction permits the work will be <br /> scheduled. A summary of the well destruction and site closure activities will be presented in a <br /> report, including a discussion of the well destruction efficiency (grout volume used versus grout <br /> volume calculations).
