During the physical inspection,the Site was evaluated for the following conditions and features: <br /> • Drains and sumps with chemical or petroleum products <br /> • Drums,totes and intermediate bulk containers <br /> • Containers of hazardous substances and petroleum products <br /> • Polychlorinated biphenyl containing items <br /> • Pits,ponds or lagoons exhibiting staining, odors or other suspect conditions <br /> • Cesspools. <br /> • Solid Waste (including graded areas and non-native fill) <br /> • Stained Soil or Pavement <br /> • Stains or Corrosion on Floors, Walls, or Ceilings (except for staining from water). <br /> • Standing Surface Water and Pools or Sumps Contain Liquids <br /> • Storage Tanks <br /> • Stressed Vegetation(other than water stress). <br /> • Strong, Pungent, or Noxious Odors and Their Sources <br /> • Water/Wastewater or other liquid(including stormwater) <br /> • Wells <br /> • Other features of potential environmental interest <br /> None of the above referenced conditions and features were noted.
