5.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based on our professional judgment, review of environmental documents and information pertaining <br /> to the Site, the myriad of no further action letters pertaining to the Site, the lack of environmental <br /> concerns associated with current Site operations and land uses and the planned use of the Site for new <br /> commercial development, each historical source or real and potential environmental contamination <br /> source in connection with the Site is insignificant and not considered to be a constraint to the new <br /> proposed development project for the Site.
