Kenny, RG <br /> Corrective Action Program Update - 1 Q2026 <br /> April 13, 2026 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Gas Probe Observed Methane Concentration <br /> GP-lAD 3.6%by volume <br /> GP-lOD 54.0%by volume, <br /> GP-10M 56.3%by volume <br /> GP-10S 56.3%by volume <br /> GP-11M 3%by volume <br /> GP-11S 7.8%by volume <br /> On 9 February 2026, the following gas probes had VOC exceedances above 10 ppbv: <br /> Gas Probe Observed VOC Exceedances <br /> GP-lOD 1,900 ppbv <br /> GP-10M 1,900 ppbv <br /> GP-10S 2,800 ppbv <br /> GP-11S 4,500 ppbv <br /> Based on the requirements in the CAO and on the monitoring results, probes GP-IAD, GP-IOD, <br /> GP-1 OM, GP-1 OS, GP-11 M and GP-11 S will require annual TO-15 sampling due to methane <br /> concentrations exceeding 1 percent by volume and/or VOC concentrations exceeding 10 ppbv. <br /> The TO-15 sampling of these probe intervals will be conducted on an annual basis in accordance <br /> with the CAO and submitted as part of the Landfill Gas Extraction System Optimization Report. <br /> CONTROL SYSTEM PERFORMANCE MONITORING <br /> The site sends its LFG to two onsite flares for combustion and to the onsite landfill gas to energy <br /> (LFGTE)plant operated by Ameresco. SCS operated and monitored the GCCS including the flares <br /> in the first quarter of 2026. <br /> The average flow rates to FL-100 and FL-150 were 1,252 scfm and 1,565 scfin, respectively. The <br /> average methane content was 52.5%volume at flare FL-100 and 52.3% at flare FL-150. <br /> Flare FL-100 had a total run time of 742.57 hours and a total downtime of 1.43 hours in January <br /> 2026, a total run time of 671.38 hours and a total downtime of 0.62 hour in February 2026 and, a <br /> total run time of 743 hours and a downtime of 1 hour in March 2026. The total downtime during <br /> the quarter was 0.4%. During the first quarter of 2026, the maximum adjusted flow recorded at <br /> Flare FL-100 was 3,793 standard cubic feet per minute (scfin). <br /> Flare FL-150 had a total runtime of 741.33 hours and a total downtime of 2.67 hours in January <br /> 2026, a total run time of 671.4 hours and downtime of 0.6 hour in February 2026 and, a total <br /> runtime of 743 hours and down time of 1 hour in March 2026.
