<br /> quarter was 0.6%. During the first quarter of 2026, the maximum adjusted flow recorded at Flare
<br /> FL-150 was 3,219 scfrn.
<br /> During the first quarter of 2026,the average flow rate was 1,362 scfm and the total downtime was
<br /> 0.3%. The average methane content was 53.1%.
<br /> Overall, during the first quarter, the sum of the average LFG flows from the landfill (FL-100, FL-
<br /> 150, and Ameresco) was 4,179 scfm with the combustion units operating 98.7% of the time with
<br /> only 1.3% downtime.
<br /> Except for standard flare malfunctions or shutdowns, the GCCS was operated continuously 24
<br /> hours per day without any significant downtime flare time.
<br /> EXTRACTION WELLS
<br /> SCS has performed operation and maintenance of the GCCS including extraction wells monitoring
<br /> and tunning, pipe maintenance, condensate management system inspection and maintenance.
<br /> Extraction wells-monitoring data for the quarter are provided in Table 21.
<br /> CONCLUSION
<br /> Based on the data collected by SCS,the monitoring,testing,and inspection of the GCCS conducted
<br /> during the first quarter of 2026 met the CAO requirements for the operation and maintenance of
<br /> the GCCS at the Landfill.
