Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: CHINA BOWL, 1170 W MAIN ST, RIPON 95366 <br />Food Program Official Inspection Report <br /> #45 Floors, Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: I observe wood ceiling panel with holes installed by the back door. Provide approved ceiling panel to be <br />tightly installed with no gaps or holes. Correct in 4 weeks. <br />I observe peeled paint at the left side wall by the back door. Repair the wall with semi gloss paint to provide smooth, non <br />absorbent, durable, cleanable wall surface. Correct in 4 weeks. <br />Floor and hard to reach corners at the back of house and underneath the cooking equipment, underneath the prep sink, <br />underneath the dish washer, underneath the storage shelves in the back storage room, under storage shelves of walk in cooler, <br />have some build up. Clean floor in 1 week and regularly after. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All <br />floor surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is <br />easily cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in <br />original unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
