This violation has been corrected. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br /> year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br /> annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br /> This is(Class 2)Violation. <br /> 11 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005-Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION:A site map was not complete.The wrong site map has been uploaded in CERS. I believe the site <br /> map is for N Windwood Dr, Woodbridge. Uploaded the correct site map for 18587 E, Walnut, Clements. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br /> evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br /> present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map <br /> requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> 12 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(3) 1010010-Electronically submitted adequate response plan/procedures for <br /> release/threatened release of hazmat. <br /> OBSERVATION:The emergency response(ER)procedures were not complete.
