Training shall cover, but not limited to, all of the following: (A) Immediate notification <br /> contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified program agency. (B)Procedures <br /> for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or <br /> the environment. (C)Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the business site. These <br /> training programs may take into consideration the position of each employee. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately prepare or update the facility's training program, log into the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and <br /> submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is(Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were 4 violations found during the <br /> inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a <br /> statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any <br /> supporting paperwork, by 5/21/2025. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign.
