Submit employees training records that show <br /> annual/initial training and refresher courses. Training shall include familiarity with the facility's Emergency response plans <br /> and procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of a hazardous material as stated in the Health and <br /> Safety Code 25505(a)(4). <br /> This is a (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 10 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br /> electronically submitted <br /> OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory submitted to CERS was outdated. <br /> -The inventory form for salt pellets (water softener)was not accurate. A max daily amount of 250-Ibs was reported to <br /> CERS.
