The 2025 business plan was submitted late on <br /> 2/28/2025. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br /> and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit statement demonstrating the the HMBP will be annually submitted to CERS by the <br /> due date. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 5 CA Health and Safety Code 25508.1(a)-(f) 1010006- Updated within 30 days of 100% increase or new haz; change of <br /> address/owner/name; or change in ops. <br /> OBSERVATION:The business has not updated and submitted the information in CERS within 30 days. Allen Cupples <br /> listed as the primary emergency coordinator under the contingency emergency response plan in CERS.
