The form does not <br /> indicate the location of the diesel tanks/containment for the emergency generators within the location section of the <br /> chemical form. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of <br /> the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were three violations during the <br /> inspection. One violation corrected onsite. For the open violations, complete and submit a copy of the Return to <br /> Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or <br /> will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by July 12, 2025. <br /> Note: <br /> Dale Thigpin retired May 29, 2025. He is listed as the alternate emergency coordinator in the contingency <br /> emergency response plan.
