CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure annual business plan submittals are made by due date of January 15. Can be submitted as early as November 1. To make CERS submittals: Log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. OBSERVATION:The site map is inaccurate.The following were inaccurate on the site map: -The fire extinguishers listed on the map next to dispensers 1/2 and 3/4 were not observed on site -An additional fire extinguisher was observed next to dispenser 9/10 that was not listed on the map -The following icons on the map did not have descriptions on the legend: E in a triangle in the storage shed, square with dots next to the storm drain -The Consolidated Emergency Response/Contingency Plan marked off water, gas, electrical shut offs as part of the Emergency Containment and Cleanup Procedures(Section D.) but shut off locations were not listed on the map REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
