The following are missing on <br /> the Consolidated Emergency Response/Contingency Plan: <br /> - No location listed in Section G. Emergency Equipment for the Portable Eye Wash Kits and/or Station <br /> -The location for Broom in Section G. Emergency Equipment is listed as Within Property- Reference HMBP Map" <br /> but the map does not list broom location. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release <br /> or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: -immediate notification of <br /> local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) -procedures for the mitigation of a <br /> release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment - <br /> evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the site <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Routine HMBP Inspection <br /> Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were 3 violation(s)during the <br /> inspection. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by May 16, 2025. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($172).
