After incubation, the ampoule visually <br />indicates growth or no growth of the indicator spore. No color change (any growth) equals complete <br />sterilization. Sterilization failure is noted by positive growth of the bacteria which turns the medium <br />color from purple (PASS) to yellow (FAIL). <br />color change is not a true confirmation of fail or pass as the incubator visual change is the true <br />indication of pass and fail for each load. <br />Controls H
