(209) 468-3400 <br /> Linden-Peters Fire Department (209) 887-3710 <br /> Lodi Memorial Hospital-ER (209) 339-7575 <br /> <br /> The AESC shall report all emergency incidents to the Emergency Site <br /> Coordinator immediately. <br /> <br /> 4. Scale House, Recycling Center, Operations Building - Evacuation: <br /> <br /> If you hear the emergency alarm, see the revolving light at the southwest <br />corner of the Recycling Center or hear a code 3 over the radio, use the <br />nearest door to exit the building. All employees are to meet in the parking <br />area west of the Recycling Center (Zone 2) unless otherwise instructed. If <br />instructed otherwise, then employees shall meet in the parking area north <br />of the Operations Building, (Zone 1.) The AESC will do a head count to <br />account for all employees. The exit doors for the Scale House, Recycling <br />Center, and Operations Building are marked on the attached Evacuation <br />Route plans (Attachment F Zone 1 & Attachment G Zone 2). <br /> <br /> 5. The location of Fire Extinguishers, First Aid Kits, Utility Shut-Offs, <br />Emergency Eye-Wash stations/showers and Spill Kits are shown on the <br />attached floor plan, (Attachment B.) <br /> <br /> 6. The AESC shall review the WEP with all employees once a year. <br />Suggestions for improving the WEP shall be taken from the employees. <br />The WEP shall be updated to reflect changes. <br /> <br /> B. Prevention Steps: <br /> <br /> 1. The AESC shall perform monthly inspections of the Scalehouse, the <br />Recycling Center, the Operations Building and Fire Pump House for <br />unsafe conditions. The inspections include the following: <br /> <br />! Are exit doors marked? <br />! Are doors unobstructed so as to open during an emergency? <br />! Are all fire extinguishers full, mounted, and readily accessible?
