Check to make sure there are no toxic materials or other health hazards <br /> in the lunch rooms. <br />! Are there any spills that may be a hazard when walking? <br />! Are ladders, used by employees, in good, safe condition, and the steps <br /> free of grease and oil? <br />! Are the step boxes stable? <br />! Are employees instructed to use safety devices? <br />! Employees are instructed that earplugs are available and to use them <br /> when working in noisy situations. <br />! Employees will wear safety glasses, shields, or goggles when grinding <br /> metal or striking metal with a hammer. <br />! Employees will wear welding goggles or welding hood when welding or <br />cutting metal. <br />! Employees will wear gloves when working with sharp edge or cumber- <br />! some material. <br />! Gasoline <br /> <br /> Stored in a 100 gallon tank mounted on the bed of a County pickup truck. <br /> Stored in a 100 gallon tank in the shop on the west side between stalls <br /> two and three. <br /> <br /> c. Motor Oil <br /> <br />Stored in a 240 gallon above ground container inside the Shop Area of the <br />Operations Building. <br /> <br />
