A list of all certified personnel is <br />attached (Attachment A) and will be updated annually. <br />4. A copy of the WEP has been provided to all NCRC&SL employees. <br />5. A copy of the WEP is to be posted on the bulletin board. <br />D. Evaluation/Mitigation/Notification Steps: <br />In case of an emergency, the AESC shall report the emergency to Emergency Site <br />Coordinator and perform the following: <br />1. Inspect emergency scene to determine the nature and extent of the <br />situation and to determine what measures should be taken to minimize <br />danger or damage. <br />2. Undertake appropriate direct actions to minimize the impacts of the <br />emergency situation. <br />3. Alert employees and customers of the existence of an emergency and the <br />appropriate action to take. <br />4. Notify the proper authorities of the existence of an emergency situation <br />and solicit assistance. <br />5. Communicate with appropriate outside agencies, the County Administrator’s <br />Office, the County Office of Emergency Services, and the County’s Public <br />Information Officer as appropriate. <br />6. Direct all public and media inquiries concerning an emergency to the <br />Director of Public Works, Kris Balaji at 468-3000 or Deputy County <br />Administrator, who serves as the Information Officer at 468-2997. <br />E. Evacuation/Reassembly Steps: <br />In case of an emergency, the AESC shall report the emergency to the <br />Emergency Site Coordinator and perform the following: <br />1. Assist in the movement of people to safe zones, along established routes, <br />after evacuation order has been given. <br />2. Account for all parties who have not reassembled at predetermined safe <br />location.
