Restoration Steps: <br /> <br />Following an emergency, the AESC shall report to the Emergency Site <br />Coordinator and perform the following: <br /> <br />1. Determine the safety of buildings and equipment and have unsafe <br />conditions repaired or replaced. <br /> <br />2. Repair or replace damaged records, supplies, materials, equipment and <br /> utilities necessary to restore worksite services. <br /> <br />3. Account for costs of emergency losses and process an Incident Report. <br /> <br /> <br />G. Relocation Steps: <br /> <br /> If a structure is damaged beyond repair, the Emergency Site Coordinator shall: <br /> <br />1. Predetermine minimum space, materials, supplies and equipment <br />requirements. <br /> <br />2. Advise the County Office of Emergency Services, at least once a year, of <br /> updated minimum operating requirements. <br /> <br />3. Work with appropriate County departments to acquire minimum operating <br /> requirements. <br /> <br />4. Move usable records, materials, supplies and equipment to temporary <br />work locations. <br /> <br />5. Coordinate relocation to permanent quarters.
