A copy of the agreement was previously submitted and is available upon request. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION Financial assurance for corrective action is through a Pledge of Revenue Agreement established through San Joaquin County Resolution No. R-08-686. A copy of the Pledge of Revenue was previously submitted and is available upon request. <br /> <br />OPERATING LIABILITY Financial assurance for operating liability is demonstrated through County’s self-insurance policy.
