San Joaquin Street <br />Suite 455 <br />Stockton, CA 95202 <br />RE: Swimming Pool Remodel <br />Location: Driftwood Apartments <br />950 W Grant Line Rd <br />Tracy, CA 95304 <br />This 96’ Perimeter pool with 1 skimmer, channel drain will be split into 2 main <br />drains more than 36” apart, 3 returns, and new handrail is having the following <br />remodel work performed: Replaster the swimming pool interior shell with <br />“White” plaster. <br />VGB approved, Aquastar 10” Anti-Entrapment Suction Outlet Cover, <br />(A10RCFRxxx, 170 gpm at 1.7 fps see attachment) will be used on top of the <br />greater than 36” apart split main drain outlets. An auto-fill will be installed (see <br />attachment). <br />American Olean 2”x2” unglazed, black or blue tile with a coefficient of friction of <br />0.6 or greater will be used as a 2” line to outline the top surface edge of all steps <br />and at the 4 1/2 ft depth there will be a 4” strip across the floor, made up of 2 rows <br />of 2x2” non-skid black or blue tile. “No Dive” non-skid tile markers will be on the <br />deck adjacent to depth markers at 6’ or less. <br />Pool equipment consists of the following: <br />Existing: Pool Century Centurion 1.5 hp <br />Existing: Pool filter- Hayward 30” sand <br />This pool remodel will include the items listed: <br />Depth markers shall have numerals a minimum of 4 inches in height and of a color <br />contrasting with the background and be marked in units of feet and inches. <br />Abbreviations of FT and IN may be used in lieu of feet and inches; for example <br />4FT 6IN not 4 ½ FT. The depth markers shall also be made of a durable material
