Frontage Rd., Stockton) <br /> ACTION: On July 7, 2026, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> Administrative Use Permit No. PA-2500375 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD:This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. Appeals <br /> must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$998. The 10-day appeal <br /> period ends at 4:30 p.m.on July 17, 2026. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday,the appeal period will expire <br /> on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next thirty-six (36) <br /> months (by July 17, 2029).
