1. Each Responsible Person shall use reasonable efforts to ensure the orderly dispersal of <br /> patrons from the premises and vicinity of the establishment at closing time. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-409.2000)) <br /> k. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE ON PREMISES: The following requirements shall apply: <br /> 1. No person shall bring alcoholic beverages onto the premises unless authorized under the <br /> establishment's Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license. <br /> 2. The Responsible Person shall not permit any person to bring alcoholic beverages onto the <br /> premises unless such action is authorized under the ABC license. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1085.15) <br /> I. ATTIRE:The following requirements shall apply: <br /> 1. No Responsible Person shall allow any person to remain on the premises while unclothed or in <br /> attire that exposes the female breast below the top of the areola, or any portion of the pubic hair, <br /> buttocks,vulva, or genitals. (Development Title Section 9-409.200(f)) <br /> m. ADMITTANCE OF INTOXICATED OR DISORDERLY PERSONS: The following requirements <br /> shall apply: <br /> 1. Reasonable efforts shall be made to prevent the admittance of any obviously intoxicated person. <br /> For purposes of this condition, an "obviously intoxicated person" includes individuals exhibiting <br /> outward signs such as inability to walk or stand normally, bloodshot or glassy eyes, slurred or <br /> incoherent speech, alcoholic odor, belligerent or disruptive behavior, or mental confusion. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-409.200(g)) <br /> 2. Reasonable efforts shall be made to prevent the admittance of any person exhibiting disorderly <br /> conduct, including conduct described in Penal Code Sections 415 and 647. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-409.200(h)) <br /> n. NOISE AND SOUND AMPLIFICATION: The following requirements shall apply: <br /> 1. No loudspeakers or sound amplification equipment shall be used in a manner that allows sound <br /> to be audible beyond the property line, except as otherwise authorized by this approval. <br /> 2. All operations shall comply with Chapter 9-404 (Noise) of the Development Title. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-409.200(i)) <br /> 3. The speakers for outdoor amplified sound shall be oriented in the manner and direction reviewed <br /> in the acoustic study dated June 15, 2026. <br /> o. DISORDERLY CONDUCT WITHIN FIFTY(50) FEET:The following requirements shall apply: <br /> 1. Each Responsible Person shall use reasonable efforts to control patron conduct to prevent or <br /> minimize disorderly or unlawful activity within the establishment and within fifty (50) feet of the <br /> premises. (Development Title Section 9-1085.13) <br /> p. DISPLAY OF PERMIT::The following requirements shall apply: <br /> 1.
