All overflow parking areas shall be permitted to remain as existing gravel surfacing and shall <br /> be maintained in a stable condition to minimize dust generation, erosion, and tracking of <br /> materials onto adjacent roadways. Any future expansion or permanent reconfiguration of <br /> overflow parking shall require compliance with Section 9-406.060 of the Development Title or <br /> subsequent Zoning Administrator approval. <br /> d. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> 1. Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty(20)feet wide. All off-street parking areas where the parking area is used at night shall be provided with exterior <br /> lighting. (Development Title Section 9-406.060[m]) <br /> 2. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted, except onto public roads, provided, however,that such light shall <br /> not cause a hazard to motorists. All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo-sensor system so as to be turned off during daylight <br /> hours and during any hours when the parking area is not in use. This requirement does not <br /> apply to security lighting. (Development Title Section 9-406.060[m][2]) <br /> f. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-408 of the Development Title and be included <br /> on the Site Plan.All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of 5 feet from existing and future <br /> right-of-way lines and shall not block pedestrian or vehicle rights-of-way or obstruct drivers' visibility. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-408.070[p]) <br /> g. HOURS OF OPERATION: The following requirements shall apply: <br /> 1. All entertainment establishments shall be closed, and all patrons shall vacate the premises <br /> between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. (Development Title Section 9-409.200(e)) <br /> 2. As part of a New Year celebration,the establishment may remain open until 3:00 a.m. on January <br /> 1 st. (Development Title Section 9-409.200(e)) <br /> h. RESPONSIBLE PERSON: The following requirements shall apply: <br /> 1. A Responsible Person shall be present at the entertainment establishment during all hours that <br /> the establishment is open and offering entertainment. No outdoor entertainment shall be conducted between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., Sunday through <br /> Thursday, and 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., Friday and Saturday. <br /> 2.
