The missing elements include: <br /> -North orientation <br /> -Access and exit points <br /> -Evacuation staging area <br /> -Hazardous material handling and storage areas <br /> -Emergency response equipment <br /> -Loading areas <br /> -Internal roads <br /> -Storm and sewer drains <br /> -Emergency shutoffs <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site map is required that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit <br /> points, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, <br /> if present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map <br /> requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a (Minor)Violation. <br /> 12 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(3) 1010010 - Electronically submitted adequate response plan/procedures for <br /> release/threatened release of hazmat <br /> OBSERVATION: The emergency response(ER) procedures were lacking or inadequate including: <br /> -The plan submitted to CERS does not cover hazardous waste.
