Phase II Sampling and Analysis Plan SOP-2—Drilling and Sampling <br /> Port of Stockton-Rail and Bridge,Stockton,CA FN <br /> • A discussion of sample collection and testing methods and certifications of the individuals <br /> performing the work. <br /> HDR will incorporate the comments received from the County on the Draft SEAR and prepare the <br /> Final SEAR. The SEAR will comply with CEQA/NEPA requirements. <br /> 6.4.3 Assumptions and Required Information <br /> The following assumptions were used in preparing our scope and fee for the Project: <br /> • The limits of work and proposed foundation type were included in the RFP. <br /> • The structural elements are accessible by manual labor and feasible to get. <br /> 6.5 Boring/Sampling Location Demobilization <br /> Upon completion of field activities, the HDR geologist/engineer will view each site to verify the area <br /> has been cleared and restored as closely as possible to its prior condition. The following activities <br /> will be performed prior to the completion of each field event: <br /> • Trash will be removed from site and disposed of appropriately. <br /> • Damage to the ground surface, including ruts, will be repaired. <br /> • All equipment is accounted for, properly decontaminated, and in good working condition. The <br /> FTL will be notified if repairs are needed. <br /> • All work areas have been cleaned, and tools and equipment have been stored properly. <br /> 7 Data and Records Management <br /> All field forms and Daily Field Reports will be scanned and copied to the project folder on the <br /> network file share drive within one week of the field event completion. All photographs taken during <br /> the field event will also be uploaded along with a typed photograph log (date, project and subject)to <br /> the network file share. <br /> 8 Quality Control and Quality Assurance <br /> Work will be performed in accordance with the work plan and applicable SOPS. Field activities will be <br /> recorded on field forms in sufficient detail to reconstruct the events. No erasures or mark outs will be <br /> made on field forms or Daily Field Report. A single line will be used to strike out errors and will be <br /> annotated with the initials of the editor and date. Field boring logs will be digitized into electronic <br /> logs. <br /> 2-12 <br />
