Phase II Sampling and Analysis Plan SOP-1 -General Field Procedures <br /> Port of Stockton-Rail and Bridge,Stockton,CA FN <br /> 6 Data and Records Management <br /> All field forms and Daily Field Reports will be scanned and copied to the project folder on the HDR <br /> network file share drive within one week of the field event completion. All photographs taken during <br /> the field event will be uploaded along with a typed photograph log (date, project and subject) to the <br /> HDR network file share drive. The photographs will then be erased from the camera. The FTL, <br /> project chemist, and project administrator will be sent a link for the data. <br /> 7 Quality Control and Quality Assurance <br /> All work will be performed in accordance with the PSI work plan and applicable SOPS. Field activities <br /> will be recorded in the Daily Field Report in sufficient detail to reconstruct the events. No erasures or <br /> mark outs will be made on field forms or Daily Field Reports. A single line will be used to strike out <br /> errors and will be annotated with the initials of the editor and date. <br /> 1-4 <br />
