3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits, age of system, <br /> permit numbers, copies in report):In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general area range <br /> in installation dates from 1962 to 1990. (Copies of permits are in index.) <br /> 3.6 Discussion of general area septic tank repair history: Repair history of the septic tanks in <br /> this area reveal that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent unerring <br /> performance. There are been no incidents to report (See Appendix). <br /> 3.7 Description of proposed or expected maximum (including second unit dwellings) <br /> septic tank usage on site: There are currently no plans for new construction. Any new systems must be <br /> constructed under a permit. <br /> 4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATION SECTION <br /> 4.1 Description of the depth and gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to <br /> ground water in this area is approximately 170t feet according to the map of "Lines of Equal <br /> Depth to Groundwater" published Spring, 2024, by the San Joaquin County Flood and Water <br /> Conservation District. The gradient descends from east to west. <br /> 4.2 Description/discussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater <br /> contamination issues in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater <br /> contamination in this area are deemed low due to the depths involved. Insecticides, pesticides, <br /> and fertilizers typically do not significantly impact groundwater at these depths, however, as with <br /> any agricultural area, there is always a potential for contamination due to chemicals used in the <br /> farming operation. <br /> 4.3 Description of location (address/APN), type and construction of well and location <br /> (well head/kitchen tap) where water sample(s) were obtained: The water sample was taken <br /> from a faucet at the well located at 3359 N. Fine Road on March 31, 2026 by Bradley Handel <br /> of Dillon & Murphy. <br /> 4.4. Description of constituents being tested for in the water sample: The water sample was <br /> tested for nitrates and DBCP. <br /> 4.5 Description of how sample was obtained, handled, stored, and transported to the <br /> lab: The water sample was obtained from a faucet at located at 3359 N. Fine Rd. The sample was <br /> taken by Bradley Handel of Dillon & Murphy, and driven directly to Precision Enviro-Tech. The <br /> sample was taken and handled in accordance with Precision Enviro-Tech requirements. The <br /> results from the test can be found in the Appendix. <br /> 4.6 Complete Chain of Custody document,including printed and signed name of third party <br /> sampler, condition of sample and date and time the sample was submitted to the lab.
