Guild Ave Lodi, CA to monitor the <br /> amount and types of wastes treated via the U-1 Conditionally Authorized On-Site pH Adjustment <br /> Treatment System. <br /> 2. RESPONSIBILITY <br /> AII_employees are responsible for ensuring that wastes are disposed of properly. <br /> Only those employees with annual RCRA training are approved to handle and/or introduce waste to <br /> be treated into the U-1 Conditionally Authorized Onsite Treatment System. Those employees are: <br /> Chris Colbert Adrian Laboung Frankie Battaglia Rashawn Uy <br /> Tony Silapasay Dale Batterton Shana Flores Taylor Pate <br /> Jose Barraza Tuoi Pham Rosalinda Sanchez Kelly Watson <br /> The Vice President of Operations is responsible for implementing the facility's waste monitoring <br /> program(s). <br /> The Vice President of Operations is responsible for identifying, reporting, and tracking the types and <br /> amounts of wastes introduced. <br /> 3.
