The cleaning solution is typically discharged <br /> once per week (when the anodizing line is processing material — 213 of the year) into <br /> the On-Site treatment system for pH monitoring and adjustment. The amount of <br /> discharge is 35 gal. The operator responsible records the discharge along with any <br /> additional necessary on the Anodizing Hazardous Waste Log. <br /> 3.3. System Description (Refer to plot diagram as necessary) <br /> 3.3.1. Tanks and Valves <br /> 3.3.4.1. T1 (Process Waste Water Collection Tank) — 330 gal double contained <br /> below grade HDPE tank placed within an epoxy coated open top concrete <br /> vault that provides tertiary containment.
