I was able to close nearly all the violations except for two. <br />Violation #59 - 3030008 - UWH Labeled all universal waste & <br />Violation #60 - 3030011 - UWH accumulated universal waste for no longer than 1 year <br />• The photo provides of the Universal Waste label states the accumulation start date of 10/30/2023. As a reminder, the universal <br />waste needs to be disposed of within one year. Please disposed of the universal waste and provide a disposal record.
