I've attached a new RTC with the remaining open violations. Please <br />review my comments and the corrective actions. Once completed, please provide a new statement on the attached RTC. <br />Violation #2 - 3020001 - Employee thoroughly familiar with all waste handling and emergency procedures <br />• Provide the certificate of training including all the employees who handle hazardous waste. <br />Violation #21 - 3030010 - Disposed of hazardous waste within 180 days of accumulation start date. <br />• Provide Your manifests need to include the Designated Facility Owner or Operator printed name which can be observed on <br />the bottom of the manifest. Please provide the final disposal records with the signature. Below you will see snippets. <br />
