The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for LIONUDAKIS FIREWOOD as of March 13, 2026. <br /> Open violations from August 13, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#2-3020001 -Employees thoroughly familiar with all waste handling and emergency procedures. <br /> OBSERVATION: At the time of inspection, it could not be demonstrated (various spills, unlabeled drums, and mixed <br /> hazardous wasted observed)that employees who handle hazardous waste were properly trained. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business owner must ensure that all employees are thoroughly familiar with proper <br /> waste handling and emergency procedures, relevant to their responsibilities during normal facility operations and <br /> emergencies. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train the employees. Provide proof of training within 30 days to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD)for employees whose responsibilities include hazardous waste. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#8-3010013-All consolidated manifest requirements are met. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three years <br /> during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years.This <br /> period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the <br /> regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years 2025-2022 for all hazardous <br /> waste including used oil, used antifreeze, and oily rags.
