The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for LIONUDAKIS FIREWOOD as of March 13, 2026. <br />Open violations from August 13, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #2 - 3020001 - Employees thoroughly familiar with all waste handling and emergency procedures. <br />OBSERVATION: At the time of inspection, it could not be demonstrated (various spills, unlabeled drums, and mixed <br />hazardous wasted observed) that employees who handle hazardous waste were properly trained. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business owner must ensure that all employees are thoroughly familiar with proper <br />waste handling and emergency procedures, relevant to their responsibilities during normal facility operations and <br />emergencies. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train the employees. Provide proof of training within 30 days to the San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department (EHD) for employees whose responsibilities include hazardous waste. <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #8 - 3010013 - All consolidated manifest requirements are met. <br />OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three years <br />during the inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. This <br />period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the <br />regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years 2025 - 2022 for all hazardous <br />waste including used oil, used antifreeze, and oily rags.
