The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for LIONUDAKIS FIREWOOD as of March 13, 2026. <br /> Open violations from August 13, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#26-3030017-Containers of hazardous waste closed except when adding or removing waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed on-site: <br /> -One half metal container that services as a catch basin was observed without a lid <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and storage, <br /> except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br /> when not adding or removing waste. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#29-3030058-Empty containers>5 gallons properly managed. <br /> OBSERVATION: During the inspection,four metal tanks attached a trailer with empty labels but without dates. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous waste <br /> must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR)section 66261.7. Refer to this section and <br /> California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage within <br /> one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7.
