The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for LIONUDAKIS FIREWOOD as of March 13, 2026. <br />Open violations from August 13, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #26 - 3030017 - Containers of hazardous waste closed except when adding or removing waste. <br />OBSERVATION: The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed on-site: <br />- One half metal container that services as a catch basin was observed without a lid <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and storage , <br />except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br />when not adding or removing waste. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #29 - 3030058 - Empty containers > 5 gallons properly managed. <br />OBSERVATION: During the inspection, four metal tanks attached a trailer with empty labels but without dates. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous waste <br />must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations (CCR) section 66261.7. Refer to this section and <br />California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information . <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage within <br />one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7.
