The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for LIONUDAKIS FIREWOOD as of March 13, 2026. <br />Open violations from August 13, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #51 - 3030034 - Tests and maintains all required safety equipment at the facility. <br />OBSERVATION: The following facility emergency equipment needs to be maintained: <br />- The secondary containment located in the hazardous waste storage area was observed with with liquid <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All facility communications or alarm systems, fire protection equipment, spill control <br />equipment, and decontamination equipment, where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br />its proper operation in time of emergency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the secondary containment and eyewash into proper working order by repair, <br />replacement or testing. Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department within 30 days. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Page 3 of 3
