The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for LIONUDAKIS FIREWOOD as of March 13, 2026. <br /> Open violations from August 13, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#51 -3030034-Tests and maintains all required safety equipment at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following facility emergency equipment needs to be maintained: <br /> -The secondary containment located in the hazardous waste storage area was observed with with liquid <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br /> its proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the secondary containment and eyewash into proper working order by repair, <br /> replacement or testing.
