The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for DINO MART as of March 06, 2026. <br />Open violations from January 22, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #29 - 3030058 - Empty containers > 5 gallons properly managed. <br />OBSERVATION: Three 55-gallon drums were observed on site with no empty labels on them. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous waste <br />must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations (CCR) section 66261.7. Refer to this section and <br />California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information . <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage within <br />one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. Provide a corrective action statement <br />and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #48 - 3010022 - Posted emergency information next to the telephone. <br />OBSERVATION: Modified contingency plan information was not posted at the facility. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas <br />directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number <br />of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of <br />the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the modified contingency plan information or keep a copy of a complete <br />consolidated emergency response / contingency plan on-site.
