THE FOOD TRUCK <br /> MARISCOS EL GUERO DE MAZATLAN PARKS AT 1538 E MARKET ST, STOCKTON 95205. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; 113700. <br /> All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Verified the MIFF with license plate 48029E3 has an active health <br /> permit with the San Joaquin County Health Department under the name MARISCOS EL GUERO DE MAZATLAN. Received access <br /> for inspection of the MFF. Observed major violations resulting in closure of the MIFF.
