The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for Sprint Stockton Switch as of March 03, 2026. <br /> Open violations from October 29, 2024 inspection <br /> Violation#10-3010014-Owner/Operator retained copy of manifest or bill of lading for spent lead acid <br /> batteries for 3 years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Disposal records for the recycling of lead acid batteries from 10/29/2021-10/29/2024 were not <br /> observed on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR)66266.81 Requirements Title 13 CCR 1161 <br /> Shipping Papers Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations(CFR)Part 172, Subpart C and 49 CFR 177.817 <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide copies of battery core bill of lading records and a corrective action statement to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#11 -3030005-Determined if waste generated is hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATIONS:An active leak was observed coming from the water treatment system piping on the east side of the <br /> upper floor. Biocides are added to the system. <br /> New wet stains and dry stains from historical accumulation of leakage were observed on the floor throughout the room <br /> and around a floor drain.The concentration of biocide at this point in the system could not be determined. It also could <br /> not be determined where the floor drain leads. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any person who generates a waste shall determine if waste is hazardous as specified in <br /> Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR).There are wastes listed as hazardous wastes.There are wastes that <br /> exhibit one or more of the hazardous waste characteristics:toxic, corrosive, reactive or ignitable. Title 22 CCR section <br /> 66261.2—Definition of Waste Title 22 CCR section 66261.3—Definition of Hazardous Waste.A business operator <br /> shall keep records of any hazardous waste determinations made in accordance with Title 22 California Code of <br /> Regulations(CCR)section 66262.11 for at least 3 years from the date the waste was last sent to an on- or off-site <br /> treatment, storage, or disposal facility. The records may include Safety Data Sheets(SIDS),waste test results or <br /> other hazardous waste determination documentation. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately stop the leak, make hazardous waste determination and manage according to <br /> Title 22 CCR. Use Safety Data Sheets (SIDS),waste sampling and test results or other knowledge to support your <br /> hazardous waste determination. Waste testing must be done using methods specified in Title 22 CCR including <br /> sections 66261.20-24. Submit a statement and supporting documentation with your hazardous waste determination. <br /> Demonstrate current storage and labeling for wastes determined to be hazardous wastes. Provide disposal records for <br /> wastes determined to be hazardous wastes and stored longer than the number of days specified in Title 22 CCR for <br /> your hazardous waste generator status. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
