The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for Sprint Stockton Switch as of March 03, 2026. <br /> Open violations from October 29, 2024 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#38-3030004-Properly manages used oil filters and fuel filters. <br /> OBSERVATION: Fuel filter management out of compliance. Data Center Operations Manager, Juan Aguilera,stated he <br /> was unaware of how the fuel filters from the generator are disposed of and that a technician may be removing them <br /> from the site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66266.130 Management of Used Oil Filters. <br /> California Health&Safety Code section 25250.22 Fuel Filters <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately determine how fuel filters are disposed of and establish protocols that meet the <br /> requirements of Title 22. Label any containers used to store filters with the words"drained used oil filters"or"used <br /> gasoline filters", depending on the contents. Mark the container with an accumulation start date. Dispose of all used <br /> filters stored on-site greater than one year. Used filters not stored, handled and disposed of according to this section <br /> are regulated as hazardous waste.
