For the entire parcel, mow down vegetation to a height low enough to mitigate fire <br /> hazard risk. <br /> 27 CCR 20530 - Site Security <br /> Continuation of Area of Concern - APN 19812005 - 17200 Murphy Pkwy Lathrop, CA <br /> 95330 <br /> Observations: <br /> 1. The site lacks adequate security, providing easy access for illegal dumping. <br /> 2. At the northern end of the parcel there was evidence of illegal dumping. Sand pile is <br /> still observed on site. Unauthorized access and dumping on the site is prohibited. <br /> 3. Northwestern corner of the power plant, there was evidence that unauthorized <br /> access had occurred on site evidenced by trash and rubbish being on site, clothes <br /> were observed, metal 55 gallon drum that was on site during the previous inspection <br /> was no longer on site. <br /> 4. Southern end of the power plant area, the same small pile of ashes and burned <br /> waste that was observed during the previous inspection was still on site. Shopping cart <br /> was also observed. Appears to be evidence of a fire that someone had intentionally <br /> ignited. Ashes were in a fire pit. <br /> Corrective Action: <br /> 1. Provide adequate site security to prevent illegal dumping from occurring. By June <br /> 3rd, 2026, provide a work plan to demonstrate how site security will be implemented to <br /> prevent unauthorized access to the parcel. <br /> Inspection Report Comments <br /> Observations for APN 19812009 (Tesla Global Parts Distribution Center) - 17100 Murphy <br /> Pkwy <br /> 1. Small amount of exposed glass was observed along the entirety of the western property <br /> boundary, within the grass, near bases of trees, adjacent to the metal fence, in the <br /> northwestern corner and the northern fence line. The quantity of glass is not enough to cause <br /> an area of concern. Cover all exposed glass with clean soil and provide purchase receipts of <br /> soil to LEA. <br /> 2. Soil gas monitoring wells were observed on site.
