Vegetation on this parcel was observed at a minimum. Operator is to maintain vegetation to <br /> a minimum to prevent fire hazard and remain in compliance with the state minimum <br /> standards. <br /> 4. Site security for this parcel was in good condition. No evidence of unauthorized access was <br /> observed on the parcel. <br /> Observations for APN 19812016 (Pilkington North America) - 500 E. Louise Ave. <br /> 1. Small amount of broken glass was observed on site. Cover all exposed glass with clean soil <br /> and provide purchase receipts of soil to LEA. <br /> 2. Exposed glass embedded in pieces of concrete was observed on site. Cover all exposed <br /> glass with clean soil and provide purchase receipts of soil to the LEA. <br /> 3. Pieces of concrete along the fence line observed. Remove the concrete pieces and take to <br /> an approved disposal facility. Provide disposal receipts to the LEA. <br /> 4. Railroad ties were observed on site being stored near the railroad. Broken railroad ties also <br /> observed on site. Remove railroad ties and take to an approved disposal facility. Provide <br /> disposal receipts to the LEA. <br /> 5. Vegetation on this parcel was maintained to a minimum to prevent fire hazard. Continue to <br /> maintain the vegetation to a minimum to prevent fire hazards and remain in compliance with <br /> state minimum standards. <br /> 6. Site security was observed in good condition.
