The enclosed Order is being issued in <br /> response to the identification of the Site as a source of unpermitted landfill waste that resulted in <br /> suspected discharge of wastes with the potential to pollute underlying groundwater and pose a <br /> risk to human health and the environment. <br /> The enclosed Order requires preparation of a Site Investigation Work Plan and Site Historical <br /> Activity Report, to be submitted to this office by 15 January 2018. Please contact us to discuss <br /> the Regional Board's expectations about the content of the Work Plan. The Site Historical <br /> Activity Report should provide, to the extent that you know or can reasonably ascertain, the <br /> names and contact information for current and past owners of the property as well as current <br /> and past businesses that operated at the Site. Also include information about the historical <br /> equipment used at the Site, details of purchase, use and disposal of process/manufacturing <br /> wastes at the Site, and details of any other current or past activities (such as accidental spills) at <br /> the Site that may have resulted in discharge of pollution to the surface or subsurface. <br /> If you have questions or would like to discuss the enclosed Order, please contact the project <br /> manager, Ann M.
