He know that plans should be submitted to our department. <br />Back kitchen has 2 comp grandfathered sink used as hand wash station as well. Back kitchen is not in use during operating <br />hours. <br />Facility is using Steramine (QUAT) tablets as sanitizer at the bar station. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
